Customers can pay through Visa, Mastercard, Cash on Delivery, and Mada.

Insurance is available with extra fees to protect shipments value from missing or damage.

Yes, That’s the core of SIDEUP Service, so you can choose your preferred courier or ship with more than a courier:

  • For Domestik: DHL, J&T, SMB, Shipa, Ajax, Redbox.
  • For International: Aramex, FedEx, UBS.

Yes, Our curious offer door-to-door delivery whenever your pickup or your drop off location.

Yes, Sideup has COD and transfers your cash in 24 hours. 

It depends on the order cost. Contact your account manager to get your fees. 

You have several ways to place your orders:
          1- Single order
          2- Bulk orders by Importing an excel sheet 

          3- Use API Integration to send your orders on SIDEUP dashboard automatically

You can upload your order at anytime of the day, and contact your account manager within our working hours: From Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 Am – 6 Pm

Yes, Our couriers don’t deliver Food, Liquids or alcohol.

You can easily click on the request flyer button on your profile. 

The courier companies start the shipping process once they receive your orders. Average delivery times are as follows:
  1. Main Cities (Riyadh – Dammam – Jeddah) Next Day within 24 Hr 
  2. (Qassim –  Eastern region)  within 24:48 Hr
  3. Western Region – Southern within 48:72 Hr 
  4. To Border towns (3-5 business days)
Note: If you need to help deliver your shipments at the agreed time: 
  1. Get the full address with a landmark if possible, you can take a look at the right address here
  2. Add a correct contact number.

 No problem. You can reach out to your account manager by email, chat, or phone from 10 am – 6 pm. 

Yes, you can add multiple pickup locations on your sideup profile. 

Yes, it is compulsory to print the airway bill.and If you don’t have a printer, You can print it from any shop. And it can be printed out in black and white. 

NO, The airway bill guarantees that your client information is clear, and it is necessary to track your order. So please don’t write it by yourself. 

After you buy and print the airway bill, simply attach it to your package and ship it!

Yes, you can request the customized airway bill from your account manager.

Yes, We have integrations with multiple website builders:(Shopify, Woocommerce, Zid, Magento)You can easily link your website to your SIDEUP profile, check out the steps here. 

You can upload your orders manually on your profile.

Yes, we’re partnering with Storage station Company for the warehousing service, easily You can integrate your SIDEUP profile with your Storage station profile.
